We are a small company with low overheads, fewer employees means less cost. Additionally we rotate our stock to keep our prices low, that means that you may get a textphone which has been refurbished to our high standards, but may not be new. However it will be fully up to its operational specifications.

Where we can’t get the textphone up to our exacting cosmetic standards, it will be placed in our budget range. Again it will operate perfectly but may have the odd scratch or minor damage to the case that we have been unable to

How does it work?

It couldn’t be easier. Go to the Tariffs page and select the textphone that suits your needs and at the cost you would prefer. Fill in your details and submit it to us.

By return we will send you a credit agreement to complete and sign so that we can receive your regular rental payments. You can choose to have a Standing Order on your current account or you can pay via Paypal on a monthly basis if you prefer.

In order for you to get your textphone as soon as possible, we would ask for a cheque for the first month’s rental and thereafter your preferred monthly payments will be taken by us directly. If you wish you can make your first monthly payment via credit card or through Paypal. Please contact us for details.

Once we have your payment and signed forms, we will dispatch your textphone to you within one working day*.
